Long before his death he enfeoffed by his charter Walter Hungerford and William Hankeford , knights, and John Hemmyngby ,

in the manor of Whatley, held of the abbot of Glastonbury by knight service,
to them and their heirs, on condition of re-enfeoffing him for life with remainder after his death without impeachment of waste to David and William, his sons, and the heirs of David; or if David died without heirs then the heirs of Oliver the son, with successive remainders to Roger the brother of Oliver, the heirs of his body, and the right heirs of Oliver the father.

He held in his demesne as of fee: West Harnham, the manor, which he held for life without impeachment of waste by feoffment of Walter Hungerford , William Hankeford, knight , and John Hemmyngby , with successive reversions to his sons Oliver, David and Roger and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to his own right heirs (long before his death he had, without charter, enfeoffed Hungerford, Hankeford and Hemmyngby of the manor on condition that they re-enfeoffed him in the above form);

Longford castle, the manor, of the heir of Walter Estkotis , of full age, service unknown. There are there the site, annual value nil; 30 a. meadow, 60s.; 140 a. arable, 46s. 8d.; 200 a. pasture, 13s. 4d.; rents, 40s.; and a dovecot, 40d.;
South Damerham, a messuage and a carucate, of whom held and service unknown, but not of the king. There are there the site; rents, 30s.; 140 a. arable, 46s. 8d.; 2 a. meadow, 3s.; 20 a. wood, 6s. 8d.; and a dovecot, 6s. 8d. ;
Calcutt, 10 a. arable, held of the earl of Cornwall , service unknown, annual value 40d.; 12 a. meadow, held of the same, service unknown, 30s.; and 72s. 2 1/2d. assize rents.
Long before his death by his charter shown to the jurors he granted to his son David and his wife Sibyl all his manor of North Wraxall, with the reversion of 1/3 after the death of Katharine widow of Robert Flete to them and the heirs of their bodies.
The whole manor is held of the king in chief of the honor of Trowbridge of the duchy of Lancaster.
