The whole manor is held of the king in chief of the duchy of Lancaster, service unknown, with reversion to John Grevell, esquire , and his wife Sibyl, daughter of Robert Corbet , in her right.

She died on 10 Oct. 1418. William Peyto is her son and heir, aged 26 years and more.

John Grevell and Sibyl have occupied the premises since her death and taken the profits, title unknown. Sibyl is aged 32 years and more.

As in 236, save that the assets within the manorial complex are valued collectively, not individually, at 33s. 4d. [the individual values in 236 total only 6s. 8d.], the acres in the three fields are valued at 12d. an acre [improbably high], though the total value for each field remains 6s. 8d. [i.e. 4d. per acre, much more probable], no mention is made of Ralph and Sibyl Grevell's reversion.

Her date of death is given as 31 January 1419, and Sibyl, daughter of her husband Robert, is identified as her next heir, aged 34 yrs and more.
