John Lawrence died. John Laurence his son held in fee simple, and died as did William Dounebery and Stephen de Norton . Lastly Robert Dounebery died, so leaving all to John Laurence junior , son of John, aged 35 years and more.

The 6 a. arable, 1 a. 1 rood wood, rents of 61s. 7 1/2d., 6 hens and 75 eggs in Marden, Goudhurst and Boughton Monchelsea, with the homages and services, annual value 5 marks, were portion of the manor of Tracy in Newington, which manor is held of the king in chief by the service of providing a man with a man with horse, sack and pin (sacco, cavillo) to carry wooden vessels with the king and his army for war in Wales for 40 days, with food and drink for man and horse at the king's expense. The land, wood, etc. are held by 1/10 of the manor.

He died on 24 March last. Stephen Dunbury is son and heir of Robert, aged 25 years and more.

Differences of substance have been noted above, but omissions of detail have not been, nor mere differences of phrasing or variant spellings of names.]
