Springfield, half the manor, of the king in chief by knight service, annual value 10 marks;
Ringers, the manor, with Terling, of the bishop of Norwich by knight service, annual value 10 marks;
Colne Engaine, a messuage and a carucate called `Goldyngtones', not held of the king but of whom is unknown, annual value 4 marks;
Great Dunmow, jointly with Avice his wife, who survives, 100 a. arable, 20 a. pasture, 7 a. meadow and 10 a. wood, by the grant of William Charteseye and Thomas Kelhog , clerks, to them and their heirs and assigns as the manor of `Newtonhalle' and all their other lands there. They are not held of the king but of whom is unknown, annual value 100s.

He died on 31 March last. Thomas his son and heir is aged 13 years and more.

and jointly with his wife Avice the manor of Hunsdon by the grant of William Charteseye and Thomas Kelhog , clerks, of the Earl Marshal , service unknown, annual value £24, and the portion called `Goodmundeshyde' of the countess of Stafford , service unknown.
