Jointly with his wife Elizabeth, who survives, he held the manor of Little Bookham of the heirs of John Pycard, knight , service unknown, by the grant of John Brymmesgrave and John Serle , clerks, and John Churcher , to them, the heirs of his body, remainder to his right heirs. They held the manor by his grant. Long before that feoffment he granted John Brymmesgrave an annuity of 5 marks for life from the manor of Little Bookham. Annual values:
