Jointly with his wife Anne, William Philip, knight , and his wife Joan he held the manor of Caythorpe, and the townships of Freiston, Normanton, Sudbrooke, Willoughby and 1/2 Ancaster, the manor of Westborough with the townships of Dry Doddington and Stubton, with knight's fees and advowsons, by the grant of ‪ Henry IV to hold for their lives with remainder to the heirs of their bodies, and reversion to the king failing such heirs [19 June 1408: CPR 1405-8, p. 448].

Caythorpe with the townships is held of the king in chief, service unknown, annual value 50 marks,
Westborough with the townships of the king as part of the barony of Shelford in Nottinghamshire, annual value £12 10s.
He held 2/3 manor of Carleton Scroope with the reversion of 1/3 after the death of Margery widow of Stephen Scrop , who holds in dower, by the grant of ‪Henry V to him and his heirs male, with reversion to the king [24 May 1417: CPR 1416-22, p. 116], annual value of the 2/3 £11.

He died without heirs of his body on 25 March 1418. John, Lord Clifford , is his next heir, aged 26 years and more.
