Long before his death, as lord of Irnham, by his charter dated 20 Oct. 1415 and shown to the jurors, he granted the manors of Gamston and East or West Bridgford with the advowson of East or West Bridgford to William Belers, bishop of Sudak , Hugh Louterell, knight , Thomas Milrethe of Buckinghamshire, William Babyngton , Thomas Greteham, chaplain , and Thomas de Repynghale . The tenants attorned to them and they hold of the king of the honor of Peverel by knight service, annual value 40 marks.

He died on 5 Jan. last. Hawise wife of Godfrey Hilton is his next heir, aged 26 years and more.
