Robert Corbet, senior, of Hadley was lately seised of the manor of King's Bromley in demesne as of fee. By charter dated at King's Bromley, 6 June 1372, shown to the jurors, he granted the manor to Robert Corbet named in the writ, described as Robert his son, and Alice his wife and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert senior. Robert and Alice were seised in demesne as of fee tail and had issue Sibyl. Alice died in Robert’s life. Robert died seised in demesne as of fee tail. The manor is held of the king in chief in socage by service of £4 to the Exchequer delivered by the sheriff, annual value £10.
He died on 4 July 1417. Sybil, now the wife of John Grevell is the daughter of Robert and Alice and their next heir, aged 30 years and more.

Robert Corbet his father held the manor of Tubney in his demesne as of fee in the vills of Tubney, Frilford, Abingdon and Uffington with the advowson of Tubney, and granted them by charter to John Fitzraf, knight , and others, as above [no. 739]. They still hold Tubney of the abbot of Abingdon by a rent of 6s.8d. every 17th week, annual value £8.

They held and by their deed dated at Ebrington on 10 Nov. 1406, shown to the jurors, granted them to Robert, Joan his wife and the heirs of their bodies with successive remainders to John Grevell and Sybil his wife and the heirs of their bodies and the right heirs of Robert Corbet . Robert and Joan died without an heir of their bodies. Ebrington now belongs to John and Sybil Grevell in virtue of the remainder.
Farmcote manor was held by Roger Corbet of Ebrington in his demesne as of fee, and by his charter dated at Hadley on 22 May 1316, shown to the jurors, he granted it to John his son and Agnes, John’s wife, and the heirs of their bodies. They held and had issue Robert and he had issue Sybil. The manors are held of the duchy of Lancaster of the honour of Leicester, services unknown, annual values, Ebrington £20, Farmcote £8.
