Holdings

He held the manor of Barnsbury in Islington in his demesne as of fee of Richard bishop of London as a 4th part of a knight’s fee, annual value £12.

He died on 6 Aug. 1412. Margery his daughter and next heir was aged 7 years on 24 Oct. last.

Thomas Lewkenore, knight , and Philippa his wife, formerly Richard’s wife, hold a 3rd part in dower, and still take the profits. Richard bishop of London holds 2 parts and takes the profits.

Addressed to the escheator of Norfolk and Suffolk, but endorsement of execution refers to only one inquisition.

He held of Henry IV.

He died on 6 Aug. 1412. ... daughter of Richard is his heir was aged 17 years [sic] and more.

Lucy occupied 2 parts of the manor from the time of Richard’s death and still occupies them and receives the issues. Thomas Lewkenore, knight , and Philippa his wife, late Richard’s wife, occupy a 3rd part in her dower.
