Owing to the outlawry for felony of Ralph Gyffard for the death of Richard Bevyle, rector of Whitstone , because Robert Horykke , grandfather of Nicholas, whose heir he was, held the messuage and land in socage by fealty and a rent of 1/2d., and Ralph held of the prince of Wales of the castle and duchy, annual value 20s.
