Aymer de Lychefeld alias Aymer Taverner, deceased, held 8 messuages, 15 cottages, 7 tofts, 200 a. arable, 30 a. meadow and 100 a. pasture in Lichfield, Pipehill, Edial, Curborough, Elmhurst, ‘Stychebrok’, Aldershaw, Shenstone and Whittington in his demesne as of fee and granted them to Henry earl of Derby , before he became king, William Bagot , John Cheyne , John Mannsfeld, chaplain , deceased, on condition that they regranted them to him Aymer, but they held and did not regrant before he died. On the petition of William Neuport they granted the premises to him. They are held of John bishop of Coventry and Lichfield in socage.

… is the son and heir of William Neuport , aged 24 years and more. William Lychefeld, knight is next heir of Aymer being the son of Thomas, son of William, brother of Thomas, father of Aymer, aged 28 years and more. Because the king, Bagot, Cheyne and Mannsfeld did not re-enfeoff Aymer according to the condition, Aymer entered the tenements, long before his death, and held them in demesne as of fee at his death. After his death the king, by colour of the grant to him and the others (Bagot, Cheyne and Mannsfeld still being alive) on the petition of William Neuport granted the tenements to William Neuport ?for life [damaged, partly illegible ].
