Holdings

On 26 July 1415 long before his death he granted with royal licence [CPR 1413–16, p.366] to John Norton , William Richardeson and John Flyxburgh , chaplains, 32 a., and rents of 110s.8d., 3 cocks and 3 hens in Walton on the Hill, Carshalton, Ewell, Norbiton, Kingston upon Thames, Coombe and Hartington, to hold to them and their heirs of the king in chief. He also granted them the manor of Tooting Graveney, held of the abbot of Chertsey in socage by the rent of a red rose at Midsummer.

He died on 31 Oct. last. John his son and heir is aged 18 years and more.
