Holdings

She held half of 1/2 messuage, 1/2 carucate and 1 1/2 a. meadow in Salkeld which John Dalston held by the courtesy of England after the death of Isabel his wife of the inheritance of Joan and Mary. The halves are in the king’s hands owing to the minority of Mary.

She also held half of 16 bovates in Dalston, as above [no. 505].

Mary died on 31 Aug. last. Joan her sister and heir was aged 11 years on 9 March last.
