The tenants attorned to them and they have held and taken the profits. Hinwick manor is held of Lord Latimer by knight service, annual value 6d.; 3 1/2 a. there of Lord Grey of Ruthin by 20s. rent; and 1 messuage, 60 a. pasture, 4 carucates and 1/2 virgate in Harrold and [E: 53 1/2 a. in] Hinwick of the same, annual value 40s.; and Huses manor in Farndish with 1 carucate, of John Bowele of Old Warden, annual value 20s.
She died on 20 Jan. John son of John and herself is her heir, aged 5 years and more.

Eleanor widow of John Teryngham and daughter and heir of Lawrence Pabenham, knight , held 13 a. in the parish of Blackmanstone in her demesne as of fee of the king in chief as part of the manor of Blackmanstone, which manor is held as 1 knight’s fee and by the service of finding an armed man arrayed as a hobelar for the king’s army towards Scotland, and 10s. rent for the ward of Dover castle, of which the 13 a. owe 8d. yearly, annual value 10d. the a.

She died on 22 Jan. last. John her son and heir is aged 5 years and more.
