Theobald, brother and heir of John son of Thomas Gorges, by petition to the king’s uncle, the duke of Gloucester, and the lords in parliament, at Westminster, Tuesday after St Martin last, showed that after the death of John Gorges, his inquisition post mortem found that Theobald was aged .... (illegible) and more, whereas in fact he was then aged 17. Inquire anew as to his age.By writ of privy seal.
