Jointly with Roger her late husband she held the following parts of the manor of Ousby of the king in chief by grants to them and the heirs of their bodies made with royal licence:

A 3rd part of half the manor by the grant of Clement de Crofton and Joan his wife by a fine [CP 25/1/35/11, no. 58; licence CPR 1354–8, p.303] by a rent of 6s. 2 3/4d. payable at the exchequer of Carlisle and cornage and for socage 8s.9d.

An 8th part by the grant of John de Raghton [licence CPR 1358–61, p.476] by a rent of 2s.8d. payable at the same and cornage and for socage 3s.9d.

A half of a half by the grant of Margery and Alice daughters of William Bouche [licence not found] by a rent of 2s.8d. payable at the same and cornage and for socage 3s.9d.

Together they form an 8th part of a knight’s fee, annual value 26s.8d.

She died on 10 March last. Alice wife of John Krakanthorp is their daughter and heir, aged 40 years and more.
