Lexden, the manor in the liberty of Colchester, in his demesne in fee tail by the grant of John son of William Marchall to Robert FitzWalter and Alice his wife and the heirs of their bodies. He is the son of Walter son of John son of Robert son of Robert and Alice. The manor is held of the king in burgage as all Colchester is held, annual value £20.

Caidge, the manor, of the bishop of London , service unknown, annual value 20 marks. Creeksea, the manor, of Humphrey of Lancaster, the king’s brother, of the honor of Rayleigh, service unknown, annual value £10.

Humphrey his son is next heir, [no age given].
