The premises descended to Alice his sister and heir. She married Richard Sibyle and had a daughter Elizabeth.

Alice died on 11 June last. Elizabeth is her heir, aged 10 years and more. Richard is holding the premises by the courtesy of England, with reversion to Elizabeth.
