From him they descended to his son Edmund and then to John, brother of Edmund, whose wife Elizabeth was. John’s heir was Joan his sister, late princess of Wales . From her the right to the reversion descended to her son Thomas, and then to his sons Thomas and Edmund, successive earls of Kent. The heirs are now Edmund earl of March , son of Eleanor countess of March , first sister of Thomas and Edmund; Joan duchess of York , wife of Henry Lescrop, knight , the second sister; Margaret widow of John late earl of Somerset , the third sister; Eleanor wife of Thomas earl of Salisbury , the fourth sister; and Elizabeth wife of John Neville, knight , the fifth sister.
Elizabeth died on 6 June last . The ages of the heirs are Edmund 20, Joan 28, Margaret 26, Eleanor 24 and Elizabeth 23 years.

By a fine of 1363 [CP 25(1)/230/54, no.23] Eustace Dabriggecourt and Elizabeth his wife granted the manors of Woking, Sutton and Bagshot to Edward prince of Wales and Joan his wife, from the dower of Elizabeth. Elizabeth wife of Eustace was Elizabeth widow of John earl of Kent and Joan princess of Wales was the sister of John. Joan gave them to Thomas earl of Kent her son and Alice his wife and Alice still holds.
