and 1 messuage, 2 tofts, 240 a. arable, 12 a. wood and 20s.7 1/2d. rent in the same place of Reynold Cobham , service unknown, annual value 4 marks 12s.2 1/2d.;
in all 8 marks.

William and Ellis died without heirs of their bodies. She died without heirs on 20 July last . Joan wife of William Beauchamp , sister of Ellis, is next heir and aged 50 years and more.
