and also certain parcels of land containing 40 a. called ‘Mileslond’ and ‘Davyeslond’ in the same place of Richard de la Mare and Isabel his wife, in right of Isabel, of the manor of Howton by a rent of 10s., annual value 13s.4d.

He died on 16 Oct. 1384 . William his son and heir is aged 30 years and more.
