She held a third part of the manor and lordship of Sheffield with the advowson of Handsworth for life in dower, of the inheritance of Maud, daughter of Joan, daughter of William and herself, and now wife of John Talbot , of the king in chief of the crown by homage alone, annual value of the third parts £22 6s.8 3/4d. payable by equal parts at Whitsun and Martinmas.

She died on 20 July. Maud her heir is aged 17 years and more.
