1/3 manor of North Newton, with the advowson of a chapel there, presenting every third vacancy. There is service rent of £10 6s. 4d. payable at the four principal terms, viz. Christmas, Easter, Midsummer, and Michaelmas. Afterwards, around the ?twentieth year of Richard II (1396-7), the whole residue of the third part was demised by William to certain tenants holding for the term of their lives, rendering to William and his heirs 113s. 8d. yearly at Christmas and Midsummer. And so the third part is worth £16 yearly.
