Renhold, two parts of 100 a., annual value 13s.4d. and at that sum let to farm.

Holwellbury, two parts of a toft and of 2 roods, annual value 4d.

Langford, two parts of half a messuage and of half a virgate, annual value 4s.

Wootton, a rent of 10s.

Bedford, two parts of a court held every three weeks, annual value 18d.

He died on 27 Dec. last . Robert his son and heir is aged 14 years and more.

Holdings

In the town and fields of Elstronwick by Burstwick and of Humbleton he held 23 messuages and 20 bovates of Edmund earl of Kent of his manor of Cottingham by knight service, annual value 66s.8d.

He died on 27 Dec. 1405. Robert his son and next heir was then aged 14 years and more.

The king by letters patent shown to the jurors [CPR 1405–8, p.145] granted on 1 January 1406 to John Tiptot, knight , the above lands to the value of 20 marks then in his hands owing to the minority until the full age of an heir, and so Tiptot has held them.

He died on 27 Dec. 1405. Robert his son and heir is aged 15 years and more.

Margaret has held them since his death and still so holds.
