Burland in Eastrington, the manor, and other lands and tenements in Burland, of the bishop of Durham by a rent of 30s., annual value beyond the rent £3.

Howden, lands and tenements, of the same bishop in burgage, annual value 13s.4d.

Spaldington, 40s. rent from the lands and tenements of Peter de Hay , payable by equal parts at Whitsun and Martinmas.

Endewode’ in Howdenshire, lands and tenements, of the same bishop, service unknown, annual value 12s.

He died on 1 Feb. last. Thomas his son and heir is aged 17 years.
