To William Westbury and the escheator and sheriffin Hampshire and Wiltshire, ordering inquiry into lands held by Henry Grene of Richard II, both [1.] in fee tail, by grant of Henry Grene knight, his father, to Henry and the heirs of his body, as appears by various fines and charters, and [2.] by curtesy in right and inheritance of Maud his wife, which are in the king's hands by reason of Henry's forfeiture. On the petition of Ralph Grene, son and heir of Henry and of Maud his wife, both deceased, who seeks livery of the same notwithstanding Henry’s forfeiture. .
