In the manor there is a site, worth nothing yearly; 10 cottages, worth 33s. 4d. yearly; and 180 a. arable, worth 30s. yearly. The above are held of the king in chief as 1/15 knight’s fee. She held for the term of her life an annual rent of £5 received at Easter from the manor of ?Market Deeping (Depyng). This was granted to her by Edmund, who was seised of the manor in demesne as of fee, in recompense for her dower from the manor, of which her late husband died seised.
