She granted the manor and advowson to Walter Beauchamp and Elizabeth his wife, and to their heirs, to hold of the chief lords of that fee by due service in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter dated 12 March 1406 and shown to the jurors. Elizabeth is still alive and holds the manor and advowson by virtue of the above.
