                     <ab>John Wauncy held in demesne as of fee of <name type="person">the king</name> in chief 3 messuages and 3 virgates of land in <name type="place" key="808517">Weston</name> by Weedon Lois, of the manor of <name type="manor" key="1329279">Weedon Lois</name>, which came to the queen on 24 June 1403 by grant of the king, and is still in her hands. They are worth 13s. 4d. yearly beyond 6s. 8d. pertaining to <name type="person" role="dowager">Katherine Wauncy</name> as her dower after the death of the said John her late husband.</ab>
                        <div type="deathHeirs"><ab><name type="person">Robert Wawe of Worcestershire</name> received the issues from 24 June 1403 until Michaelmas 1404; then <name type="person">William Adkyns of Weston</name> occupied and received the issues until Michaelmas 1407, except for the abovementioned 6s 8d. He delivered the issues to the feodary at the taking of this inquisition. On the same feast <name type="person">Thomas Wauncy</name>, son and next heir of John, who ought to have been a minor in the queen’s ward, died. After his death <name type="person">Joan Wauncy</name>, sister and heir of John father of Thomas, entered as next heir of Thomas and of full age. John Wauncy died long before the grant by the king to the queen.</ab></div>
